Hello and welcome to the WBC’s Grant Application page. The types of charities we normally fund meet a certain criteria. Our focus is local and specific: Los Angeles-area charity groups that serve children in need.

We look for one-time capital expenditures that will further your mission and generally avoid funding operating budgets. We look carefully for small groups that  'fly-below-the-radar’ of traditional giving - that is, groups that aren't already well funded by a larger, notable funding source. Generally those are groups whose annual budgets are up to $350,000.

To help us determine if your group meets our criteria and has needs that we can help with, we have put together an application that you can download, print out, fill out and return to us either by mail or fax or complete online.  Just click on the icon below and it should open.

In order for you to fill it out on line and save your work so that you can leave the page but return at a later time to finish it, you must enroll as a grant applicant and create a Guest account with a password that will allow you to access your file.

When you see the box asking for your sign up information, enter a user name and password. This will create your unique account. When you hit the submit button you will be entered into our system and the online application form will come up for you to fill out.  If you do not finish filling out all the sections and will wish to return to it later, make sure you hit the save button at the bottom of the page and your work will be there when you return to it. You must also include your email address for this save and return feature.

We meet twice a year to choose groups to support.
